+ added tonfas, glaives, maces, machetes

* thrown weapons' air speed is based on mining efficiency of the tier

* damage from thrown weapons is based on the weapon being thrown

* scythes break blocks of the same type and state as the one broken within a radius based on attack damage of the tier if the block broken is either a plant or a crop

* battleaxes are able to do sweeping attacks

* katanas have added reach distance

* weapons with the ability to block can only block melee attacks

* two-handed weapons disable the off hand slot entirely and retain their attack damage when an item is in the offhand

* hatchets are able to break wood, but lose durability twice as fast when doing so

* warhammer ground-pound attacks only damage living entities

* tnt sticks come in bundles and have near the same explosive radius as tnt, and also must be lit by a flint and steel in the user's other hand

* bayonets can be attached and detached from muskets on the go, and transfer enchantments and affects to the weapon
