Spawner Settings

adds the ability to fully customise the Vanilla Minecraft Spawner

things you can customise:

  - Delay: will change the delay untill the spawner spawns new mobs
  - Count: will change the amount of mobs spawned
  - Player-Range: will change the required range in which a player has to, that the spawner works
  - Spawn-Range: will change the radius in which mobs will spawn
  - Spawn-Potentials: you can edit the type of mobs that will be spawned via a new added gui

additional features:
- mobs will also drop their spawn-egg at a 2% chance
- spawners are minable with silk-touch pickaxes

 How Spawn-Potentials work:

config-file can be found with /config showfile spawnersettings server 

This bug in Minecraft Vanilla can potentially cause some lags

so be carefull with adding these mobs to the spawner
