Craft mob-part compasses that hunt spawners (and the mobs themselves). Spawners do not, technically, have kinetic energy. It works anyway.

The cartridge system: one universal SKE compass (base + catalyst, both configurable), swappable per-mob cartridges that carry the tallies. Load in any grid (pocket 2x2); eject by crafting the loaded compass alone. Plus: the museum (item frame + cartridge = protected placard sign with stats), Placeholder API integration, and legacy compasses auto-convert with counts intact.
