Curse Maven does not yet support mods that have disabled 3rd party sharing

Add config option for blacklisting Harvester Outputs by tag.

Make all harvester output tags listed in the config pull from block tags as well as item tags (previously only the Soil Harvester did this).

Fix the Bio Harvester being registered to use the Ore Harvester's class in the Fabric version.

Various other tweaks.

 

The Fabric version is almost ready for 1.17.1, I just have to wait for the terraforgersmc maven to come back online so I can build and test it.

Likewise, I can't release this update for the Fabric 1.16.5 version for yet.
