right now there is only 2 quirks sugarrush and permeation
sugarrush can be obtained by crafting bottle right click it then to get human blood then surround it with multiple types of sugar. first type of sugar gives regeneration and speed when u eat it, second type of sugar gives sugar claws and longer effects than before, third type of sugar gives sugar sword and 5 minutes long effects
permeation can be obtained by crafting bottle right click it then to get human blood, then surround it with phase skill points and flasks with air inside, at first u can only phase for 2 seconds but if u open skilltree and buy the next upgrades with phasing skill points it will increase each time, also your passive is like around 10-15 damage
