Updated storage link texture to match the new aesthetic of controller

Added sort by mod option to sorting which sorts by mod name first and then within the mod by item name

Tuned adding/swapping upgrades to properly respect all rules of conflicts between mods whether the upgrade is placed in an open slot or swapper for another upgrade or being put into storage using in world interaction.

Also made it so that only either compression or compacting upgrade in storage not both at the same time can be put in storage to prevent world hang issues due to how these two interact Added dropPacked config that when turned on makes all chests / barrels drop packed without the need to use packing tape. By default this config is off

Fixed compression upgrade sometimes not showing slot background when inserted until gui is reopen and fixed max stack size tooltip to properly refresh on client everytime stack upgrade is changed in some way without the need to reopen gui

Fixed compression upgrade to properly update contents of compression slots after recipe updates supporting proper addition / removal of recipes, updating items shown on barrel and proper updates after reload command

Fixed compression config cache for the additional uncompression recipes to refresh when a world is loaded
