What's new
Added configuration to limit number of upgrades of type in storages
- there are 4 storage types (chest/shulker_box/barrel/limited_barrel)
- for each storage type a limit of number of upgrades can be defined in config
- stack upgrades are now capped at 2 in all storage types but limited_barrels
- only 1 furnace upgrade is allowed in all storage types and the same goes for jukebox upgrade
- these are defaults and can be changed in config
Fixed storages with upgrades that tick to properly be marked as not ticking when packed and then again ticking when they are placed back down
Fixed chipped compat to work with newest version of chipped
