Changed barrel material recipe to not look for whether block is full or not to prevent actual in world block from being loaded in some cases and causing performance issues.Now it just checks for blocks being used in a recipe.
Fixed stashing items into shulker that hasn't been placed down at least once yet which would previously cause these to be voided
