Fixed anvil NPE crashing in some modpacks
Added configuration to limit number of upgrades of type in backpacks
- a limit of number of upgrades in backpack can be defined in config
- stack upgrades are now capped at 3
- only 1 furnace upgrade is allowed in backpacks and the same goes for jukebox upgrade
- these are defaults and can be changed in config

Fixed chipped compat to work with newest version of chipped
