Added smoking and blasting upgrades and their automated variants

Removed unnecessary cooldown in magnet and pickup upgrades that sometimes caused items not to be picked up properly and end up in player's inventory
Fixed magnet upgrade to not pickup items in its pickup implementation similar to the magnet implementation when picking up items is turned off using the switch
Fixed bug where sometimes backpacks open from curio slot would show no slots at all
