Fixed bug that prevented void and compacting upgrades from working when pickup/magnet inserted stacks in the backpack
Fixed display of ON/OFF state of upgrades in inventory view tooltip
Tuned backpack additions to mobs a bit - uses local difficulty now to spawn higher level mobs where the difficulty is high. Also capped the regeneration to level 4 to prevent almost instantly regenerating mobs
