Solstice Dynamic Seasons

Backported Solstice to Minecraft 1.20.1.

Seasonal progression still drives the core gameplay loop:

• crop growth and seasonal crop tooltips
• saplings, bamboo, cactus, sugar cane, and berry behavior
• villager and wandering trader seasonal trade pools
• climate-based trader/villager appearance changes
• grass, foliage, fog, sky, and water color shifts

Seasonal visuals are more stable:

• unstable animal UV overlays were removed
• humanoid and trader seasonal visuals still work

This release is mainly a backport and stability pass, not a new gameplay overhaul.

       Sadly had to remove the solstice ice and snow in the winter as it was not so stable. But

       will definetely be added in the future updates.
