Sol's Title System

A rich title progression system. Players earn titles by completing in-game achievements — slaying mobs, surviving, or defeating powerful bosses. Each title displays above the player's head and in chat, and can grant unique stat buffs while equipped.

What's new

Sol's Title System v1.4.3

Title Unlock Presentation

  • Improved title unlock notifications.
  • Title unlock notifications now use a compact layout balanced for GUI scales 2 and 3.
  • Higher-rarity titles now receive progressively richer format.
  • Multiple titles unlocked together are now shown in sequence so no notification is lost.
  • Server-wide Legendary-and-higher announcements now use the concise [GLOBAL] Player unlocked a title [RARITY] Title. format.
  • Apex and Ultimate broadcast thresholds now work correctly when selected in the server config.
  • Titles unlocked through /solstitle grant and /solstitle grantall now receive the same personal toast, chat card, and eligible Legendary+ server announcement as normal unlocks.
  • Grant commands no longer re-announce titles the player already owns.

Clearer Unlock Guidance

  • Reworked every built-in title description to give a useful, number-free hint about how it is unlocked.
  • Locked titles now show an Unlock Hint in the collection when condition visibility is set to PARTIAL or FULL.
  • Hints now identify the relevant mobs, survival challenge, items, advancements, or combat milestones without revealing hidden target amounts.
  • Corrected misleading hints for Skull Collector, Frog Friend, Sculk Spelunker, and the operator-only Admin title.
  • Existing stock descriptions update automatically, while descriptions customized by server owners are preserved.

Fixes

  • Fixed shift-click crafting not counting correctly toward title requirements.
  • Bulk-crafted items now credit the full amount produced instead of being missed or counted as only one item.
  • Previously missed shift-click crafts can be recovered when they are present in Minecraft's crafted-item statistics.
  • Locked-title crafting requirements now identify the specific item while keeping the required amount hidden. For example, Grandmaster Adventurer now shows "Craft Netherite Ingot" instead of the generic "Craft item."

Tab List Improvements

  • Long equipped titles now smoothly scroll inside the tab list so the full title can be read.
  • Long player names now scroll as well instead of being cut off.
  • Short titles and player names remain stationary for a clean, easy-to-read layout.
