NEW CONFIG STYLE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH OLD INSTALLS!!

 

- Changed config style from monolithic to module-based

 

- New config path: `config/lotweakr/`; current modules: `combat.cfg` & `misc.cfg`

 

- Combat config contains weapon stat modifiers, faction relation overrides, etc.

 

- Misc config contains fast travel (not enough to justify putting it in another file) options and the cosmetics unlocker.
