- Added several opinionated tweaks (all disabled by default; can be turned on in `lotweakr.cfg`)

- Cleaned up DragonAPI patch to always run; should give a very small performance boost on launch (better than before, though!)

- As with before, the `ZZZ_` prefix is required.

- Removed the DragonAPI dependency as it's no longer the mod's sole purpose.
