Snortcraft

Changes:

- Snorting endersnort and minesnort now take less time.

- Aftermath effect durations changed

- Aftermath no longer appears after doped 1

- Overload now only lasts for 3 minutes

- Mining times for blocks have been changed to be more like their counterpart blocks

- Levitation effect from endersnort is now less duration

Removed:

- Minesnort block is now gone (for now)

Added:

- The block of endersnort now gives the player levitation and slowfalling (entities hover over the block)

- Players get extra jump boost when standing on block of endersnort

- Sleeping clear aftermath and overload

- Using a milk bucket only removes 30 seconds of aftermath or overload (may have to use multiple buckets)
