Snail will kill!

Added a death whistle to the snail's living sound.

Changed the on-death check, so you don't get the easter egg by just dying.

The chances are now 1/50400 because before, the estimated time for spawn was 31.7 years.

On-Entity-Hit if you're in radius it will roll the chances, and if it hits, it will most likely spawn of the position of the entity.

The snail tries to hit in a radius of 2, so it has a higher chance of actually hitting you.
