Added new steel block variants (why it took me this long to add them I don't know)

Removed plain steel: its texture has been put onto normal steel blocks

Changed crafting recipe for steel block types: no longer need dye

Adjusted the balancing for basic steel weapons (the hammer is no longer extremely overpowered)

MASSIVELY buffed the drill, it now mines a 3x3 area

Fixed ruby ore drops, you should now be able to get them from the normal version of the ore.
