Fixed

  • Anvil Compatibility: Resolved a conflict with "Show Me What You Got" (SMWYG) that caused item names in Anvils and Smithing Tables to become pink and cost an extra enchantment level.
  • Illegal Characters Crash: Fixed a critical bug where formatting codes (§) added by SMWYG could cause players to be kicked from servers for "Illegal characters in chat".

Improved

  • Surgical Logic: Re-implemented the fix to target SMWYG's internal logic directly, ensuring 100% compatibility with vanilla Minecraft text fields and other anvil-modifying mods.
  • Robustness: The fix is now mapping-independent and safely handles non-chat screens by automatically disabling SMWYG link detection where appropriate.
