By introducing an intentional acceleration curve to your steering, this mod allows you to navigate tight rivers and narrow docks with a level of precision that was previously impossible.
FEATURES
- Ramped Steering Input: Pressing A or D starts the boat turning at 1% power and smoothly accelerates to 100% over one second, eliminating the violent snap of vanilla's binary input.
- Micro-adjustments: Tapping a key applies only a tiny nudge, giving you precise control at low speed.
- HUD Feedback Bar: A bar appears over the XP bar slot while steering, showing your current input power.
HOW TO USE
- Ride any boat and press A or D to steer.
- Hold the key down to gradually reach 100% turning power over one second.
- Tap the keys briefly to perform micro-corrections without oversteering.
- Watch the bars overlaying the XP bar to see exactly how much power is being applied in real-time.
