Adds a smoking pipe item. It is a climatic addition but also allows you to earn more experience.

SMOKING PIPE
The mod adds the Smoking Pipe item. The item can be crafted using 3 planks, one gunpowder, and a stick. The crafting recipe looks like this:
The item itself is purely visual. When you smoke, cool particle effects will appear. To make this item useful, you can insert certain items into it. The list of items is 100% configurable, as it is stored in a JSON file. Smoking certain items will give you potion effects. Smokable items will have a tooltip indicating this. The default list of items looks like this:
- Blaze Powder - Grants Fire Resistance for 20 seconds and Strength for 10 seconds after smoking
- Sugar - Grants Speed for 14 seconds after smoking
- Dried Kelp - Grants Nausea for 30 seconds after smoking
- Dried Kelp Block - Grants Nausea II for 60 seconds after smoking
- Nether Wart - Grants Regeneration for 5 seconds and Poison for 3 seconds after smoking
- Leaf of Wisdom - Grants Wisdom for 10 seconds after smoking (is not consumed after smoking because infinite). This Item can be traded by wandering trader.
- Slime Ball - Grants Jump Boost II for 10 seconds and Slowness II for 10 seconds after smoking
- Wither Rose - Grants Wither for 15 seconds after smoking
