Adds static currency, mintable currency, and stampable documents! All are uncraftable on their own, and the only crafting recipes are for converting platinum, gold, silver, and copper coins.

1 Platinum Coin = 64 Copper Coins
1 Gold Coin = 16 Copper Coins
1 Silver Coin = 4 Copper Coins

Mintable Coins
These coins can be created by anyone with /mint. The UID, Minter, and Mint Date can be used to determine valid vs counterfeit currency.
Stampable Notes
Raw Notes can be stamped into Documents with /stamp. Attributes and a name can be added. The UID, Stamper, and Stamped Date can be used to determine valid vs counterfeit documents.
