Accurate builder material requests

• Builder dialogue now reads the active blueprint instead of requesting a fixed set of cobblestone, logs and planks.
• Requests include glass and the exact wood species required by the selected project, with missing quantities.
• Already placed blocks, storage by the bell and materials carried by assigned builders are accounted for.
• Item names use the game client language. Builders without an assigned project wait for a building order.
• Material replies remain factual in both local and optional cloud dialogue modes.

Player-controlled construction with schematic import and holograms, practical villager jobs, laboratories and experiments, markets, restaurants, cashiers, janitors, waiters, managers, guards, beekeepers, cooks, rebels, quests and village mayors.

Install the matching Minecraft/Forge build on client and server. Replace the previous Smart Villagers JAR. Existing worlds and projects are supported.

Validation: 464 game tests passed across Minecraft 1.19.2, 1.20.1 and 1.21.11.
