Smart Villagers AI 1.1.6

  • Add Minecraft 26.3 support on Fabric and NeoForge, matching the existing 26.2 MultiLoader workspace.
  • Keep Minecraft 1.20.1 (Fabric/Forge), 1.21.1 (Fabric/Forge/NeoForge) and 26.2 (Fabric/NeoForge).
