Small Tetra Additions

Added Create:Dreams & Desires support. Bronze is tagged forge bronze to work with tetracelium, and the wood and alloy types have been added here. Rubber can be used for a handle wrap that gives a nice speed bonus and completely negates reverb, but won't reduce blazing and doesn't increase damage as much as a standard wrap. Extensive rebalancing, all the top tier materials have been nerfed, and there have been other tweaks as well.
