Added support for Nether's Delight machetes, they can be used as the base for tetra modular tools now. Added rock salt from spelunkery, with a nice bonus against undead mobs. Redid wires and rods from immersive engineering to now take tags, so other mods that add wires and rods are also supported, such as Create:Crafts&Additions. Removed some bloat by cutting materials and combining others. Fixes compatibility between tetranomicon and tetracelium by removing twilight forest metals added by tetranomicon (this will be removed when tetranomicon updates and fixes that). Lots of balance tweaks.
