Slate UI

• 1.21.1: the creative inventory keeps the sections of a tab that a mod lays out by hand. Create Simulated's tab (with Aeronautics and Offroad) shows each section under its banner, across the whole grid, instead of items scattered between empty cells with one banner lying over the tab list (reported by Axolotl Man).
• The Overhaul menus standing empty beside L_Ender's Cataclysm is fixed in Slate Core 1.0.3.

Slate modules need the Slate Core of their own version: update all of them together.
