Added commands

- /island undo - Undo leave island command (Expires after 60 minutes)

Data storage

Reworked NBT data storage, stores island once with an UUID within the worlds capability data. Each player contains ID of the island they are part of.

Data is automatically converted from legacy data once player joins.
