Fixes:

-Fixed the Deserted Not having an Entity Spawn Restriction, causing it to spawn Everywhere.

Changes:

-Decreased each one of the Skeletons Spawn Weights, now they are a bit rarer to find.

-The Charred now instead of 100% shooting a Burning arrow, its now a 33% chance,
-The Charred now has it's own unique Hurt, Step, Idle and Death Sounds, as well as now emits particles

-From now on, Mod will receive 1.20-1.20.1 updates due to a lot of code changes, and being a solo dev.
