Changes:

 
- Fixed a NeoForge Crash that was introduced in 1.60.12

- Possible crash fix for throwing weapons in multiplayer environment
- Added a config option to disable tooltip info buttons
- Added a config option to toggle whether tooltip info buttons require inventory screen (may resolve some mod conflicts)
