Simple Teleporters adds a craftable teleporter block to quickly travel your world!

What's new
- Updated to 1.14.4
- Teleports now fail if their position is taken up by a block that would make the player suffocate
- Error messages now show up in the action bar when a teleport fails
- Teleports now correctly lead to the centre of the block
- Teleporters now have a 10 tick (half-second) cooldown when used (cooldown is also applied to teleporters when teleported *to* from another teleporter)
- Fixed teleporter break particle
- Fixed other issues
