1.4 Update Contents:

Sound Notifications: Players now receive customizable sound notifications when they receive mail
Configurable sound type, volume, and pitch through config file
Includes helpful sound examples in config comments
Automatic fallback to default sound if invalid sound is specified.

Improvements:

Enhanced Server Mail: Improved /sendservermail command with detailed recipient feedback
Admins now see exact counts of online/offline players who received mail
Better logging for server mail delivery tracking
Security Enhancement: Non-OP players can no longer send mail to all players
Prevents potential item duplication exploits
Non-OPs can only send mail to specific players when permitted

Bug Fixes:

Fixed Offline Player Mail: Resolved issue where offline players weren't receiving server mail
Now correctly sends mail to all players who have ever joined the server
Improved player data detection system

Configuration Updates:

Added mailNotificationSound - Set custom notification sounds
Added mailNotificationVolume - Control notification volume (0.0-1.0)
Added mailNotificationPitch - Control notification pitch (0.5-2.0)
