Added an extra mechanic related to the axe
you are now able to obtain planks from logs by right clicking a log block on the upper part
has a chance to fail but eventually you will succed
added a config to register manually modded logs and planks, this way you get the correct type of planks 
if a log is not registered, this will cause the log to drop just sticks so yeah check it out

Zombie and Skeletons type of mobs that spawn as blight should now always get a helmet
Blight creepers will no longer spawn a lightning
