- Fix crash when wrapping game rules with dots in their name
- Fix NPE when checking permission for config commands too early in world creation by allowing by default access to datapacks in that phase
This is likely to create other issues though, if accessing configs before they've been loaded by Forge
- Fix default values for some entries using the annotation API (using the @Bake.Scale annotation)
