Simple Colored Blocks

* Updated to 1.14.4 post 45

* resources are now loaded on demand leading to 99% smaller jar size and more configurability

* default colors cut from 16 to 8, bringing colors per block down to 512

* Added glowing blocks, they look the same as simple blocks but emit a light level of 15 and require either sea lanterns or glowstone to craft

* Fixed loading client classes on server

* granularity is now 100% configurable although the number of blocks generated is granularity ^ 3 so it can create blocks quite fast.

* Although the block id limit is no longer an issue in 1.14, it can still impact loading times/ram usage.
