Complete overhaul to code making the project easier to work on in the future. This also brings a few fixes and changes.

1. Replaced keybinds with commands "/Autofish_on" & "/Autofish_off".

2. You will now see a message in your chat when toggling on/off this will appear as "Autofish on" or "Autofish off". 

3. Fixed an issue where autofish wouldn't work in the offhand.

4. Fixed an issue where in some cases the rod would be re-cast due to another player catching a fish near by. (If this issue keeps occurring please let me know)

5. Slightly increased the amount of time to re-cast due to an issue where some players were encountering buggy behaviour where the previously caught item would get stuck to the fishing rod.
