Silly Critters

Some bugfixes and improvements to the mod:
-now sea dogs follow you if you have a donutish in your main hand
-fixed rare sand, now it drops eggs normally
-sbeak now has to be charged to shoot longer
-New effect: Tea infusion, which amplifies the block range by 0.5
-Now the dirty helmet gives the tea infusion effect
-If you spam Dodo jump, you will fall faster and receive fall damage
