Fixed a dupe glitch,

Registered the sieve as a fuel,

Added the sieve to the decorations creative tab making it easier to access,

Made the sieve sift its contents when it receives  a redstone signal,

Gave the sieve a recipe,

Gave  the sieve a proper wood sound instead of the default stone.
