What's New in the 311+ New Stairs Update

Massive New Content

Added 311+ New Vanilla+ Stairs! You can now craft standard-shaped stairs from almost every solid block found in the Building Blocks, Colored Blocks, and Natural Blocks creative tabs.

Unique Block Properties & Mechanics

Implemented Material Traits: Many of the new stairs inherit functional traits from their source blocks:

Ice Stairs are now slippery.

Soul Sand Stairs will slow you down.

Farmland, Leaves and other stairs from special materials are permanently stabilized (they will never decay, dry out, or revert to dirt).

Flammability & Fuel: Wooden variants naturally catch fire, burn away, and work as a balanced fuel source in furnaces.

Crafting Recipes & Progression

Crafting Table Integration: Added recipes for organic and soft materials (Wood, Slime, Dirt, Froglight, etc.).

Stonecutter Functionality: Added recipes for hard materials (Gold blocks, Sea Lanterns, etc.) allowing you to instantly slice regular blocks into their stair counterparts.
