- added a configurable option to allow the walker to spawn, or not

- made the walker more balanced

- slightly increased shlorbo's speed

- slightly increased the omniscient's speed

- decreased the chance for "invisible" to turn torches into redstone

- reduced lag with the condemned's chase

- edited the floating stranger variant's spawning

- reduced lag with stranger's running

- added 50 second despawn timer to the run, just incase

- prevented some crashes with most entities
