Added Enchantment Shielding: Adding 1 Shield Health per Level, Max Level 2. Obtainable by enchanting.
Added Enchantment Bastion of Flesh: Doubling Shield Health, but halves Armor and Toughness, Max Level 1. Obtainable by Trading with Piglins.
Added Item Power Token: Obtained when you slay you first Entity per Type.
Added Item Shield Power: Obtained by crafting with the Power Token. Consumable to increase Max Shield until death. Also grants 10 Absorption Hearts upon consumption.
Added Config CombatDuration: Via Mixin the Vanilla's Combat Duration is now configurable with a Config. Default 300 ticks = 15 seconds.

Added Decay Mechanic: Passively when out of combat you will lose excessive Shield. Not configurable, sry.
