Register a client-side config and use it to adjust the on-screen currency display. Introduces ClientConfig (xDisplayCurrency, yDisplayCurrency) with event-driven baking and registers a client TOML in SGXClaimsMod. SGXClaimGUI now applies the configured X/Y offsets for the currency UI. Also adds localization JSONs for Spanish (es_es), Portuguese (pt_br) and Chinese (zh_cn) for claim-related messages.
