Changed the duration of effects given by all armor sets, as to rebalance them in cases where the armor is equipped and then unequipped rapidly, leaving long-lasting effects.

All effects given by armors last around 9 seconds, except for Chorus Steel's Absorption and Sculk Infested's Health Boost, which last for slightly longer.
