What's new
- Removed needless server pinging to check if files exist, should speed up the sync process
- Removed the need to explicitly state 'config/' in the config_include_list
- Client only mods sent by the server can be ignored using the clients file_ignore_list
- Added some basic duplicate mod checking, currently this will just give you a warning and any action will have to be taken manually
