Base library required by PrankLevels, Factions&Wars, ServerRegister and ServerWhitelist: one inventory button with tabs, land selection tools, map marking, the aurora, land protection engine and shared settings. Needed on server and client.

- Villagers and other NPCs with nobody behind them may farm, open doors and take beds on protected land (a villager at a door of a protected base used to retry every tick, with its sound).
- One rule for who is behind a creature: whoever rides it (any seat, any vehicle in the chain), owns it, threw or made it, or holds its lead. A ridden or tamed dragon follows its player's rules.
- The game report: every player's game sends the server its mods, the active shader pack and the selected resource packs when ServerWhitelist asks — players no longer need ServerWhitelist.
- Wide help boxes for every tool's «i»: wider, beside what they explain, always inside the screen.
- New setting protection.npcEntities.
