SERVER BUILD PROTECTOR 1.0.7 BETA

- Fixed trusted redstone timers and piston loops stopping when moved blocks trigger comparators, blockstate changes, or downstream pistons.
- Added generation-based circuit authorization covering initiator, origin, claim, trigger, scheduled ticks, piston events, moving-block completion, and continuing clocks.
- Active circuit authorization now persists across clean server restarts while interrupted physical piston states still normalize safely.
- Added claim-owned observer and daylight-sensor automation alongside sculk sensors.
- Player-started pistons may cross protected claims only when the initiator owns or is trusted in every affected claim; outside pistons still cannot enter claims.
- Added configurable same-owner, deny-all, or allow-all external item-transfer policies with vanilla hopper and dropper enforcement.
- Expanded protection to dropped items, item frames, armor stands, storage entities, and configured modded item holders.
- Added configurable per-player claim limits, dimension allowlists and denylists, exact compatibility IDs, and outline visibility.
- Added a server-side compatibility API for state-aware containers, interactions, item holders, graves, natural updates, automation, and read-only protection queries.
