Added support for Immersive Engineering Industrial Hemp

 

Fixed that game was going to crash if Scythtd being loaded without one of supported mods

 

Added recipes for Mekanism support (just put Atomic Disassembler or Meka-Tool in any of crafting slots to add scythe mechanic)

AD & M-T are reaping supported blocks without energy usage.

I will fix that soon, but I needed to publish 0.1.8 as fast as possible to fix major bug making Minecraft crash
