Added a new use for Echo Shards, they are now used for harvesting overpowered blocks. This is only the case if the block was naturally generated. (this includes via the Sculk Catalyst)

Fixed pathing issues with the Sculk Lurer.

Removed the "biting" block state property from Sculk attack blocks because they work without it, removing it also slightly improves loading time.

Fixed some loot tables not working.

Fixed the Sculk Lurer not having a breaking tool. (hoe)
