What's new
-emergency measures now only damages down to half a heart
-Squad Debug Wand now has actual localizations and appears in the Sculk Horde tab
-removed the squad serialization system bc it didn't work (also this means get_squad_cap is also gone now in case someone was for some reason using it)
-added reset_cooldowns subcommand to /sculkcommander which does nothing because it's broken
