-consume now actually checks if you are trying to breed an animal instead of just looking up the item/entity combination and seeing if it matches anything in vanilla
-consume no longer prevents taming
-mixed in isLivingEntityExplicitDenyTarget instead of applying sculk vessel constantly
-added a #sculkcommander:does_not_attack_sculk_commander tag for use by One with the Sculk
